| 摘 要： | 针对非平面上的压力分布数据采集需求，设计一种基于柔性薄膜压力传感器阵列的快速压力分布采集系统。以人体皮肤为实验采集对象，设计由柔性薄膜压力传感器阵列为测量传感器、STM32芯片为主控的嵌入式数据采集系统，再通过优化的并行式采集电路和统筹式采集算法，实现压力分布数据的快速采集。以单通道式（A1）与并行式（A2）采集电路，以及顺序式（B1）与统筹式（B2）软件算法为测试条件，压力分布数据的总共采集时间分别是26.722s（A1+B1）、12.165s（A1+B2）、0.498s（A2+B1）、0.187s（A2+B2）。测试结果表明，该系统可以快速、准确地完成针对包括肢体皮肤在内的非平面上压力分布数据的采集。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the demand of non-planar pressure distribution data acquisition， a fast pressure distribution acquisition system based on flexible membrane pressure sensor array was designed. Taking the human skin as the experimental collection object， we design the embedded flexible data acquisition system with the flexible film pressure sensor array as the measurement sensor and STM32 chip， and the collection of fast pressure distribution is realized by the optimized parallel acquisition circuit and the integrated acquisition algorithm. The single-channel （A1）， parallel （A2） acquisition circuits， and the sequential （B1） and coordinated （B2） software algorithms are the test conditions. The total acquisition time of the pressure distribution data is 26.722s （A1+B1）， 12.165s （A1+B2）， 0.498s （A2+B1）， 0.187s （A2+B2）， respectively. The acquisition system designed in this paper can quickly and accurately complete the pressure distribution acquisition on non-planar including limb skin. |
