摘    要:针对云南曲靖卷烟厂使用烟末振动筛过程中出现筛分效率低、电能消耗大的问题,对直线振动筛的工作参数进行优化改进。通过对物料的力学分析得出影响透筛率的工作参数为激振力大小、方向和频率。每组变量设计3个实验参数,在Adams中建立参数化模型,采用仿真分析模拟废烟支和烟末在每组参数下的筛分过程。分析27组实验结果得出每组参数对透筛率的具体影响,根据生产实际选择合适的参数。优化后的工作参数相比原来节约能源35%以上,对M5型卷烟机的自动回收系统推广具有指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the problems of low screening efficiency and high power consumption in the process of using the vibrating screen for tobacco end in Qujing Cigarette Factory of Yunnan Province, the working parameters of the linear vibrating screen were optimized and improved. Through the mechanical analysis of the material, it is concluded that the working parameters affecting the penetration rate are the magnitude, direction and frequency of the exciting force. Three experimental parameters were designed for each group of variables, and a parametric model was established in Adams. The screening process of waste cigarettes and end-of-smoke under each group of parameters was simulated by simulation analysis. After analyzing the results of 27 groups of experiments, the specific influence of each group of parameters on the penetration screening rate was obtained, and the appropriate parameters were selected according to the actual production. The optimized working parameters save more than 35% energy compared with the original ones, which is conducive to reducing the energy consumption of tobacco companies, and has a certain guiding significance for promoting the automatic recovery system of M5 cigarette maker.
