响应面法优化玉米黄色素的提取

摘    要:以吸光度为指标,通过改变正丙醇和乙醇的配比、温度、底物浓度和提取时间,进行提取玉米黄色素的单因素实验,利用响应面法确定最优提取条件为提取温度51.44℃、底物浓度83.8g/L、正丙醇含量19.47%、提取时间1.5h.

Abstract:Based on absorbance index and by changing the normal propyl alcohol and ethanol ratio, temperature,substrate concentration and extraction time, we carries on the single factor experiment of extracting maize yellow pigment. Using response surface experiments we select the optimum extraction conditions as follows: temperature 51.44℃ ,the substrate concentration is 83.8 g/L, normal propyl al- cohol content is 19.47% ,the extracting time 1.5 h.
