压电式路面振动俘能技术

摘    要:为开辟绿色能源新途径,提出压电式路面振动能量俘获技术.在对国内外研究现状进行分析的基础上,创新性地提出了路面压电俘能单元的主要性能要求,以指导压电俘能器的设计.依据压电理论,建立了压电俘能数学模型.借助ANSYS有限元软件,对压电俘能单元的埋设深度和阵列间距进行分析,优选出获得高俘能性和好耦合性的结构参数.仿真可知,采用阵列间距4mm、直径30mm形成的280mm×280mm的压电俘能单元,埋设于40mm的路面下,每车道每千米可俘获1.785Mw的电能.由此可见,压电式路面振动俘能技术的应用前景非常乐观.

Abstract:To pave a new way for green energy, this paper proposes the piezoelectric energy harvesting from pavement vibration.Based on the researches at home and abroad, the main performances of piezoelectric energy harvesting unit from pavement vibration are innovatively put forward, guiding the design of the unit. A mathematic model is introduced according to the piezoelectric theory.With the software of ANSYS, the buried depth and arrayed space of the arrayed unit are analyzed to optimize the structural parameters in light of higher harvesting energy and better coupling properties.From the simulation result, a unit of 280 mm x 280 mm with 4mm arrayed space and 30 mm PZT diameter can be obtained.When it is buried under the 40 mm asphalt pavement, l. 785 MW electric power can be harvested on each traffic lane and per kilometer.This shows that the application of the piezoelectric energy harvesting from pavement vibration has good prospects.
