| 摘 要： | 人力资源是一个国家或地区经济发展的重要基础。通过对农业科技人力资源对农业经济发展作用的理论分析，构建农业科技人力资源与农业经济增长的一般性模型；分析中国农业科技人力资源与农业经济增长的相关性。旨在引起政府管理部门对农业科技人力资源开发的重视，加大对农业科技人力资源开发的投入力度，把农业科技人力资源的开发作为加快地区经济发展的重要途径。

Through the theory analysis,the article builds the general model,and analyses the relevance of agricultural science and technology human resource and agricultural economic growth.It is to make the government pay attention to agricultural science and technology human resource development,and increase input in agricultural science and technology human resource development.The agricultural science and technology human resource development should be an important way to accelerate regional economic development. |
