扶桑光合特性的初步研究

摘    要:采用Li-6400光合测定系统对扶桑幼树的光合特性进行了初步的研究.结果表明:扶桑叶片Pn13变化呈不对称的双峰曲线,最高峰出现在8:00,次峰出现在13:00.根据光响应曲线得出扶桑幼树叶片的光饱和点为1053μmol/m^2/s,光补偿点为29.55μmol/m^2/s.

Photosynthetic characteristics Preliminary study on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L.

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of leaves in Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. were studied with Li- 6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that the diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate (Pn) in Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. had double-peaks style and the maximum value of Pn appeared at 8:00 and inferior peak occurred at 13:00 respectively. According to the light response curve, a conclusion can be drawn that the light saturation point (LSP)and light compensation point (LCP) for the leaves of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. were 1053μmol/m^2/s/s and 29.55μmol/m^2/s .
