| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对目前高校体育教师的素质进行了分析研究。从5个方面论述了高校体育教师的素质重构。结果表明:高校体育教师的素质重构是高校体育课程改革的客观要求,同时也是高校体育教师适应新形势、新任务,履行教育教学职责的迫切要求。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentary and expert interview,the author has made an analysis on the quality of the physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The article discusses the physical education teachers' quality reconstruction in college and university from the following 5 aspects.The result shows that the reconstruction of the physical education teachers quality in colleges and universities is the demand of sport curriculum reform and it is also the urgent need for physical education teachers in colleges and universities to adapt to new situation,new assignment and to fulfill the duty of teaching. |
