| 摘 要： | 作为我国唯一的政策性支农金融机构，农业发展银行可依托政府融资平台来增加业务发展，扩大支农惠农项目，而政府融资平台也需要农发行的贷款来带动和发展地方经济。双方的共同需求决定了农发行和政府融资平台的合作基础，在以后的合作中应通过促进政府融资平台管理的制度化，建立完善信贷制度，进行地方融资平台风险排查，组织地方融资平台清查及风险分类工作，制定对政府融资平台贷款的风险限额制度等措施，不断弱化和避免不利因素，以强化农发行融资平台建设。

| Abstract: | As the only one agricultural policy financial institute , Agricultural Development Bank may increase and expand its work development by depending on the government＇s financing platform. The co - requirement of both sides decides the financing platform co - operative foundation of the bank and the government, During the co - Operation afterward, it is necessary through promoting the systematization of the management of the government＇ s financing platform to construct the perfect credit system, screen local financing platform, organize the check and the risk classification work for the platform so as to continuously weaken and avoid the negative factors and strength- en the construction of financing platform. |
