| Abstract: | In this paper the author tells us that students of sports exercise take up one-third of the total students in Harbin Instutute of P.E..Therefore the instructors of sports exercise have a very hard nut to overcome,who should adopt a set of scientific methods so as to achieve more success to cultivate more and more qualified sports talents for our instutute. |
