| 摘 要： | 由于封建传统文化的影响，女大学生的主体意识极为缺乏，表现在：对传统性别角色定位的认同；强烈的性别自卑；期望值和竞争意识、成就意识水平较低；缺乏性别意识和妇女解放的责任。另外，传统的教育思想使得高校在教育模式、专业设置等方面限制了女性个性的发展。培养女大学生的主体意识，需要加强性别意识教育；有计划地发展女子高等教育；开设女性学课程。

| Abstract: | Influenced by traditional feudal culture, the female university students lack in awareness as subject, reflected in their identification with their traditional roles, a strong sense of humility on basis of sex, a weak sense of competition and achievement, and a lack of a sense of liberation of women. Besides, the contemporary mode of education and the general set-up of specialties further hinder the development of their individuality. Therefore, steps and measures must be taken to arouse their awareness as subject. |
