| 摘 要： | 高校成人教育发展趋势和要求表明,构建具有时代特色和成人教育特性的开放办学机制,是高校成人教育发展的大势所趋,也是适应教育国际化,弘扬终身教育理念,培养新型的国际化人才和推进和谐社会构建的必然选择。由于社会环境和我国高校成人教育自身因素的双重作用,使得我国高校成人教育必须梳理开放办学机制构建的内涵蕴意,包括开放办学机制构建的理论支撑、内涵要素和具体的行为构架。

| Abstract: | Development trends and demands of university adult education show that building characteristics of the times and adult education,is the adult education development in Colleges and universities represent the general trend of,also to adapt to the internationalization of education,promote the concept of lifelong education,to develop new international talent and to promote the inevitable choice to build a harmonious society.Because of the social environment and China’s higher adult education factors in its dual role,make our country university adult education must comb opening running mechanism construction of the connotation meaning,includes open school running mechanism construction theory,elements and specific behavioral framework. |
