| 摘 要： | 用灰色关联度的分析方法，对中外优秀女子三级跳远运动员的三跳技术的生物力学指标与成绩之间的关系进行了研究，结果发现，三级跳远成绩的提高与单足跳的水平速度、单足跳的距离关系密切，结合我国女子三级跳远运动员三跳技术现状提出了一些训练建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the method of the grey correlation, this paper studies the relation between biomechanical index sign and score about the hop step and jump technique of the Chinese and foreign elite female jumpers. The result shows that increasing score of jump correlated with horizontal velocity and distance of the single foot jumps,bringing up some training suggestions on our triple Jumpers. |
