| 摘 要： | 地方自治是晚清宪政的重要内容 ,曾在清末民初社会乃至以后的中国历史上产生过较大的影响。张謇始终是一位脚踏实地的实干家 ,办实业、办教育是如此 ,参加立宪运动和倡议地方自治也是如此。张謇的地方自治思想及在江苏的地方自治实践具有历史进步性。

| Abstract: | s:Self-government had ever been an important composed parts of Bourgeo Constitutionalism govements and made a great effect on the history of lately Qing dynasty.ZHANGjian was always a man of action being based on practice.So did he do for industry and education,so did he take up the movements of Constitutionalism too.We should acknowledge to ZHANGjian in a new way and give his right historical position. |
