| 摘 要： | 摘要：本文依据397家中国企业的样本数据，基于防守者、前瞻者和分析者的企业战略分类，对知识管理战略、创新行为与企业绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明：防守者依靠编码化战略推动两类创新，依靠探索式创新提升绩效；前瞻者依靠人际化战略推动两类创新，依靠利用式创新提升绩效；分析者依靠人际化战略推动两类创新，并同时依靠探索式创新和利用式创新提升绩效。
