| 摘 要： | 运用科学计量学方法对我国高校的科技发展状况及其与国家经济社会发展的关系进行了定量研究。着重从对高校人力和财力资源的投入以及高校在科技论文、科技成果、发明专利等的产出方面进行实证比较分析，揭示出我国高校在国家科技发展中的地位及其与国家经济社会发展的关系。 |

| Abstract: | Science and technology activities of Chinese high education institution (HEI) have been carrying quickly since 90's of the 20th century. Using the method of scientometrics, wetry to investigate the status of science and technology development of HEI, and the relationship between college science & technology and our country's economy and society. According to empirical analysis of the input of personnel and financial resources, and the output of publications, achi evements, patents and so on, the paper indicates the role of high education in our country's science and technology development and the relationship between college science & technology and the development of economy and society. |
