| 摘 要： | 滚翻倒地是武术的基本功．可有避免摔伤，增强抗震等保护能力。执法警察合理地运用滚翻倒地，能使自己变被动为主动，有效地打击敌人，保护自己。章从滚翻倒地的保护作用、防守作用及进攻作用等方面进行分析，指出了其重要性。

| Abstract: | Roll and turn down on the ground is the basic skill in Wushu,Ii can prevent the wounded, strengthen the fighting shake protecting ability policemen reasonable used the roll and turn to the ground, can make himself from passive to active, strike the enemy effectivily and prelect himself. This essay analysed the protect function,defence function and strike function in rolling and turning down to ground,also point to the importance. |
