| 摘 要： | 伴随改革开放以来政治国家与市民社会的相对分离,广泛存在于市民社会中的社会权力越来越承载着人们对民主理想的期待。社会权力含义非常宽泛,它的作用也并非只有正向这单一维度。如果不区分各个历史时期的具体条件,忽略社会权力本身具有的两面性特点,过分强调它对政治权力不加反思的影响和控制,可能会造成理论上的混乱。必须用交往权力来制约社会权力。

| Abstract: | Accompanied by the relative separation of the political state and civil society since the Reform and Opening up in our country, people pay more expectations of democratic ideals on social power which widely exists in civil society. Social power has a broad meaning, and its role is not and only to put forward a single dimension. If you do not distinguish the specific conditions from various historical periods, ignore that social power has two faces, and put too much emphasis on its impact and control of political power without reflection, theoretical confusion may be caused. The social power must be restrained by the communication power. |
