| 摘 要： | 论文提出人们对精神产品需求的不同以及文献单元、知识单元承载功能的不同，决定了知识组织者对两者不能有所偏废。将无序的文献组织成一个有序的体系，这是生产和消费图书馆精神产品最基本的程序。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes that some differences both in people's need of spiritual product and document's function to furnish with information decides that information organizer can not emphasize one thing and neglect the other.It is the most basic procedure to produce and consume library's spiritual products to organize out-of-order documents to an order system. |
