| 摘 要： | 讯问笔录是刑事诉讼活动中记载犯罪嫌疑人的陈述的书面文字,经查证核实,是认定案例事实的证据之一。司法实践中的讯问录在时间、地点、主体、内容、手续履行方面存在诸多不合法之处。刑事诉讼程序制度的完善和执行,是讯问笔录合法性的根本保障。

| Abstract: | Inquisition record is the recorded written letters described by a crime suspect during the inquisition in criminal lawsuit activity.After checked and proved,it will become one of the evidences to affirm the case facts.In the inquisition record of the judiicial practice,there are many illegal points in such aspects as the time,place,subjectcontent,and procedure fulfillment.Perfection and enforcement of the judicial lawsuit procedure regulations are the significant warrant of inquisition record validity. |
