| Abstract: | In order to improve the development of science and research in newly-built local colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the middle-stage and later-stage management of science and research programs.The thesis intends to analyze the main problems in the middle-stage and later-stage management of science and research programs in newly-built local colleges,and works out some solutions to strengthen the middle-stage and later-stage management of science and research programs. |
