| 摘 要： | 顾客需求不确定性的增加、产品寿命周期的缩短和全球市场竞争的日趋激烈要求企业开展基于敏捷物流运作的快速客户响应。借助最优生产技术和价值分析,提出了敏捷物流运作的基本原理:供应链整体响应时间的压缩。在对敏捷物流运作的典型方法---供应链流程管理、供应商管理库存、延迟物流进行剖析后,指出供应链关系管理和信息共享是敏捷物流运作的重要支撑。最后,结合一个制造业的实际案例,分析了支持敏捷物流运作的流程再造方法。

| Abstract: | Quick customer response based on agile logistics operation is needed because of the increasing of demand's uncertainty,the shortening of product life cycle and the intensifying of market competition.Recur to optimum production technology and value chain analysis,the total response time shortening of supply chain as general principle of agile logistics operation is put forward.After analyzing some typical agile logistics operation methods including supply chain process management,Vendor Management Inventory(VMI) and logistics postponement,the supply chain relationship management and the sharing of customer's demand information are offered as the important support to agile logistics operation.Finally,combined with one actual case of manufacturing industry,process reconstruction method supporting agile logistics operation is analyzed. |
