| 摘 要： | 全面论述了民办高职教育战略转型中的"七个突破"、"七个创建",即突破外延式发展,创建内涵式发展;突破学科型办学定位,创建能力型办学定位;突破学科型人才培养目标,创建能力型人才培养目标;突破学科型专业结构与课程体系,创建能力型专业结构与课程体系;突破学科型培养模式,创建能力型培养模式;突破学科型师资队伍,创建双师型师资队伍;突破"唯专业技能教育论",创建高职教育的人文素质教育体系;突破"草莽式"办学行为模式,创建"法制化"办学行为模式。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the "seven break-through" and "seven establishments" that in the course of the strategy transition of non-governmental vocational education in an all-round way,they are to break through the extension development,establish the intension development;break through the orientation of the type of discipline,establish the orientation of the type of ability;break through the cultivation objective of the type of the discipline talent,establish the cultivation objective of the type of the talent who has ability;break through the specialty structure and course system of discipline type,establish the specialty structure and course system of ability type;break through the cultivation mode of discipline type,establish the cultivation mode of ability type;break through the faculty of discipline type,establish the faculty of knowing the theory and the technique;beak through "the educational theory of the only specialty skill",establish the humane quality education system of vocational education;break through the non-governmental vocational education which lacks the law and run the nonstandard model of the "uncultivated type",establish the "legalizing" and run the vocational education. |
