| 摘 要： | 加强和创新社会管理,全面提高社会管理科学化水平对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的战略意义。媒体监督有别于其他形式监督的特点和优点,媒体监督呈现出正强化趋势,其独特的作用机制对推进社会管理创新作用明显。从被称为除国家权力之外的＂第四种权力＂的媒体监督来看,加强媒体监督是实现社会管理创新的有力保障,必须强化努力建构社会管理的新闻媒体监督机制、建立健全社会管理的信息交流机制以及逐步完善社会管理的绩效评估机制。

| Abstract: | It is of great strategic significance to strengthen and innovate the public administration,and improve the scientific level of social management for building a socialist harmonious society.Unlike features and benefits of other forms of monitoring,media monitoring shows a trend of positive reinforcement,whose unique mechanism promotes the innovation of public administration significantly.From the perspective of media monitoring,which is called＂fourth power＂（in addition to state powers）,strengthening media monitoring is a powerful guarantee for realizing the innovation of public administration.So we must make efforts to build the news media monitoring mechanism of public administration,establish and improve its information exchange mechanism,and gradually perfect its performance evaluation mechanism. |
