| 摘 要： | 著作权法都追求经济利益,并通过作品产权的界定和著作权限制制度作保障。图书馆因有调节著作权人和社会公众利益的中介性和公益性,而享有合理使用作品的权利。图书馆合理使用作品,具有降低作品交易成本、保障作者作品的成本回收、经济利益的实现、扩大作品的社会效益之功能。
