| 摘 要： | 在以往对农村人力资本投资的研究中，大多注重政府层面的投资，而较少关注农村家庭对人力资本的投资，本文从微观投资主体－家庭入手，收集了大量资料，通过比较分析，较系统地分析了农村家庭教育和健康投资的动态变化状况。针对农村家庭教育投资不足的现状，本文认为除了加大政府的农村教育的投入外，还应拓宽农村教育投资渠道，为农民家庭提供更多的人力资本投资途径。针对农村家庭健康投资低的现状，还应尽快建立健全农村社会保障体系，促进农村家庭健康的投资。

| Abstract: | The government investment was regarded on research of rural human capital investment. But the rural family investment was not noticed in bygone. So this paper analyses the investments on education and health from history and present familiars of rural of China. Summaries the overall characteristics of the human capital investments. Based on above, the authors consider that the canal of the rural familiars education investment must be extended. The more pathway of human capital investment should be provided for rural familiars. For promote rural familiars healthy investment, the social indemnity system should be established. |
