| 摘 要： | 对大众体育归位的内涵、运行基础及其社会性建构模式进行分析,研究认为:现阶段应优先确立政府的主导作用,积极拓展新型消费与消费服务的供给领域,积极培育大众体育市场,健全城镇社区的体育组织管理体系。当前体育社会化的发展要克服传统体育的运行模式,关键的问题是建立政府、社会、企业三位一体的社会体育治理结构。在此基础上提出:强化政府公共职能,变革体育管理体制,优化社会体育资源配置;形成以社会大众为对象的多样化体育服务网络;调整体育产业结构,推动传统体育产业向服务业转移以及服务结构、服务项目及服务方式创新等构建内容,以进一步适应社会转型和体育体制的改革发展。

| Abstract: | By using the method of investigation,documentary and mathematical statistics,the authors analyzed the construct model,running basic and connota-tion return of the sociality in mass sports. The results showed that the key factors are to build effective running basis in the mass sports,and running mecha-nism and running pattern for socialization of mass sports. The conclusions are: 1.To establish action leaded by government; 2. To expand newconsumption and consume; 3.To cultivate the mass sports market; 4.To take the sanity system of municipal social-area sports. At the same time,the key factors for the building the structure are the government,society and business enterprise in mass sports. |
