| 摘 要： | 在政治、经济、文化等全球一体化浪潮的推动下,建设中国开放大学的呼声越来越高。本文从宏观俯瞰的高度探讨建设中国开放大学的相关核心问题,梳理出中国建设开放大学的外部环境和内部条件,明确中国建设开放大学的有利和不利因素,透析中国建设开放大学将要面临的困境和挑战,同时寻求较为科学的解决问题的途径,以明确未来的努力方向。

| Abstract: | Driven by the wave of political,economic and cultural globalization,there have been increasing demands for building China’s open universities.By using SWOT analysis method which is a very common strategy analysis method worldwide,this paper explores some core issues related to China ’ s open university from a macroscopic perspective. It includs the external environment,internal conditions,favorable and unfavorable factors for the construction of open university in China.In order to identify difficulties and challenges it will face,this paper intends to seek a more scientific solution to the problem,and a clear direction for the future. |
