单板滑雪平行大回转运动员专项体能训练的途径

摘    要:单板滑雪平行大回转运动员的专项体能训练是其掌握高难滑行技术,在比赛中获得优异成绩的关键性因素。认为一般体能训练是专项体能训练的基础,提出在专项体能训练中应采用符合单板滑雪平行大回转专项技术特征大方法、手段提高运动员大专项速度、专项力量、专项耐力、专项柔韧与灵敏素质。强调体能训练中应利用准备活动和整理活动,物理手段、心理学方法和膳食营养等方式进行积极地疲劳恢复。
