| 摘 要： | 阿德勒是个体心理学的创始人，他开创先河，从社会角度探索人的个性的形成。他的社会兴趣理论强调社会因素，对中国教育中要重视青少年社会兴趣的培养以形成健康的个性，加强他们的社会适应性有一定的启示。
