| 摘 要： | 多元智能理论对当今世界的教育及其改革实践产生了重要的影响，也引起了我国教育理论界和广大教师的重视。多元智能理论对文秘专业教学改革带来的深刻启示，结合教学实践，高职文秘专业教学需要运用多元智能理论进行教学改革的思路和方法，以寻求培养全面型秘书人才的新路径。

| Abstract: | Pluralistic Intelligence Theory has great infuluence on education and and education reform in today's world.In china,our education theoreticians and teachers has attached great importance on it.Base on the author's teaching experience,she discusses the train of thought and method of Senior Professional Secretary Teaching reform by using pluralistic intelligence theory.attempts to find out a new method of training all-round secretaries. |
