| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省体育滑雪旅游作为一个生态旅游项目,不仅拓展了冰雪体育事业的发展,为社会发展提供新的增长点,还为公众提供了一系列新的旅游文化消费方式,揭示了黑龙江省滑雪旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,对黑龙江省特种旅游业的发展将起到促进作用。提出黑龙江滑雪旅游发展具有自然条件、冬季旅游品牌、客源和品牌的优势;同时也存在竞技水平与资源的突显导致大众化开发的不足、滑雪场无序竞争和部分雪场地域发展的劣势以及发展的机遇和面临的挑战。认为：统筹规划,合理布局,实施精品战略;加大宣传促销力度,开拓客源市场;实行滑雪产业标准化,加强滑雪旅游管理;加大政府扶持力度,优化发展环境等是促进黑龙江滑雪旅游发展的重要策略。

| Abstract: | As a ecotourism project in Heilongjiang province,the skiing tourism not only develops the ice-snow sports undertaking and offers a new growth factor of social development,but also provides the public with a series of new consumption patterns of tourism culture. For advancing the development of special tourism in Heilongjiang province,it’s important to analyze the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and crisis of skiing tourism. Besides the developmental opportunity and upcoming challenge of The article indicates that the advantage of skiing tourism relates to the natural condition,winter tour brand and tourist source; its disadvantage relates to the lacking popular development against the better level and resource of competitive sports,the disorder competition and unlucky management of skiing resorts. It puts forward a strategy to have overall planning and rational layout,to implement the tactic of elaborate product,to develop the tourism source market by reinforcing the publicity,to actualize the standardization of skiing industry,to enhance the management of skiing tourism,to increase the government support,to optimize the development environment. |
