| 摘 要： | 后进生的语文学习存在缺乏兴趣的问题，个别教师的教育方法又欠妥，要开发后进生的语文智能，有一些有效经验，可以从以下方面入手：分类教学，降低难度；愉快教学，寓教于乐；教师“下水”示范，抛砖引玉；多开‘小灶’，情感投资”。

| Abstract: | The exists among the less advanced students a lack of interest in learning Chinese and an improper teaching methods among certain teachers.Developing the less advanced students' intelligence to Chinese can proceed with the following aspects: classified teaching with levels of difficulties being lowered;pleasant teaching with teaching being mixed with pleasure;demonstration by the teacher so as to develop students' interest;making an soulful investment and giving special help to individuals. |
