| 摘 要： | 中医舌苔类型是中医诊断重要组成部分,中医舌苔形成机制复杂,其中舌苔菌群结构是影响舌苔形成的重要影响因素.该项研究收集肺癌病人不同舌苔类型样本,采用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术进行分子生物学分析,结果发现相同舌苔类型的不同样本之间有较高的相似性,提示舌苔类型与菌群结构相关,分析与鉴定菌群的组成可促进中医诊断标准化.
