| Abstract: | The relationship between teachers and students in middle school runs through all aspects of teaching process. It is also the most basic human relationship in school education. To establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is not only related to the teaching effect, but also greatly influences students' physical and mental development. Therefore, it is one of important tasks for middle school to establish a harmonious relationship and optimize the teaching environment. |
