| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了新世纪10年我国民办高校图书馆取得的进展，分析了发展中存在的问题，结合国家高等教育政策走向、社会经济发展背景、民办高校发展现状等因素可能对民办高校图书馆发展带来的影响，并对我国民办高校图书馆未来的发展态势进行预测与分析。
