| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对青海高原女性参与体育锻炼状况进行调查与分析。结果显示：青海高原城镇女性参与体育锻炼的比例不高,参加锻炼只占22.7%,不参加锻炼比例高达77.3%。之所以这样,一是人们参加体育锻炼的意识还不够强;二是文化程度较低;三是由于高原的特殊气候环境的影响;四是体育消费观念不强,健身场馆严重缺乏等。文章结合青海高原女性体育锻炼的实际情况就提高青海高原女性体育锻炼提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Method of literature,questionnaire,qinghai plateau women participate in sports exercise situation survey and analysis.The result shows： the urban women qinghai plateau taking part in physical exercise is not high,the proportion of exercising accounts for only 22.7%,and not to participate in exercise rates as high as 77.3%.One is to take part in physical exercises consciousness quite good enough;2 it is cultural degree is lower,the percentage of junior below for 76.6%;Three is due to the special climate environment of the plateau influence,the cold winter weather,the extent that restricted the sports activities;Four is agriculture herdsman to non-profit sports reliance is higher;Sports consumption idea is not strong;Science fitness concepts backward fitness centers,combined with the lack of qinghai and plateau as the actual situation of female physical exercise,find women qinghai plateau physical exercise activities the existing problems and insufficiency. |
