| 摘 要： | 从理论探讨、评价指标、评价方法、激励机制四个方面综述了国内学科馆员绩效考评体系，并从国外学科馆员概述、绩效考评方法研究、绩效考评参与者研究三个方面综述了国外学科馆员绩效考评体系，针对以上综述分析时建立晕科馆贯绪效者评体系提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, four aspects of theories, evaluation indicators, evaluation methods, incentives are summarized in performance appraisal system for domestic subject librarian, and three aspects of subject librarian outlined , method of performance appraisal, performance appraisal research of participants are summarized abroad. Based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward three suggestions adhere to the principles of evaluation design , adhere to the principles of SMART. |
