| 摘 要： | 能否建立或理顺高校内部管理体制，是高校的教育教学活动能否取得成功的一个重要环节。本在分析当前我国大学内部管理体制存在的问题的同时，阐发了大学获得自主权后，怎样进行内部管理体制改革的想法。
