旅游概念规划理论探讨

摘    要:我国旅游业飞速发展,大众化旅游热潮兴起,旅游业显示出了巨大的经济和社会效益,每个地区都在千方百计发展旅游业,使得旅游供给成倍增加,旅游业出现买方市场的显著特征。旅游规划逐步由微观向宏观过渡,旅游概念规划更具有战略性、创新性、灵活性和区域性。在旅游概念规划时,只有采取一定技术线路,综合分析旅游地历史与现状,对旅游地进行目标定位,才能快速、灵活、低成本、高效率地及时编制、制定和更新资源,适应现代旅游市场竞争需要。

Abstract:The tourist industry of our country develops at a full speed,the popularization travel upsurge has been rising,tourist industry demonstrates the enormous economic and social benefit,tourist industry is developed by every possible means in each area,so the supply of travel increases at double,the remarkable characteristic of the buyer's market has appeared in tourist industry.Travel plan transits from microcosmic to macroscopic progressively.Travel conceptual plan has the characteristic of strategic,innovative,flexibility and rationality even more.But it exists some question too.So in travel conceptual plan,we should adopt certain technological route,synthetically analyze history and current situation of the tourist site,orient targets of the tourist site. Then we can work out fatly,flexibly,in low cost and high benefit,and make and upgrade resources in time to meet the needs of market competition of modern travel.
