摘    要:美国二语教师的专业发展通过几十年的改革与实践,已经走在了世界的最前列。美国汉语教师作为美国二语教师的一种,其专业发展的有效途径与美国二语教师专业发展的有效途径非常接近,是包含与被包含的关系。现有国际汉语教学界从国际视野出发的教师专业发展的比较研究并不多见。文章深入探讨了美国二语教师专业发展的有效途径,并与现今国际汉语教师专业发展途径相比较,以期丰富国际汉语教师专业发展研究,并为推动汉语国际推广事业提供参考。

Abstract:Through decades of reform and practice, the professional development of second-language teachers in USA have been at the forefront of the world. TCSL teachers in America enjoy effective professional development in line with teachers of other languages. However, in terms of TCSL, com- parative studies from an international perspective on teachers" professional development remain rare. This paper discusses in depth some effective approaches to the professional development of second-lan- guage teachers in America and gives a comparison with others in the world, which should help im- prove, the relevant studies as well as the international promotion of the Chinese language.
