基于期刊论文产出的科研机构影响力评价研究——以武夷山生物研究领域为例

摘    要:目的/意义]旨在为科学合理地评价科研机构学术影响力提供参考。方法/过程]以论文数量、被引频次、H指数、G指数、Altmetrics指标(下载量)等15个指标构建评价指标体系,通过主成分分析法构建评价模型,以武夷山生物研究领域最具代表的8家机构为实证对象,验证评价模型的有效性。结果/结论]福建农林大学、南京林业大学、福建武夷山国家级自然保护区管理局3个机构综合得分最高,厦门大学、福建省武夷山生物研究所在论文质量上得分较高,论文数量、论文质量指标与机构学术影响力有较大的相关性,该模型可以综合考虑论文“数量”和“质量”两个指标。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for evaluating academic influence of scientific research institutions scientifically and reasonably.Method/process]The paper constructs an evaluation index system with 15 indicators including the number of papers cited frequency H-index G-index Altmetrics index etc.It constructs an evaluation model by principal component analysis and verifies the effectiveness of the model by taking eight most representative institutions in research field of Wuyishan biology as empirical objects.Result/conclusion]Three institutions of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University Nanjing Forestry University and Administration of National Natural Conservation of Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province achieve the highest overall score;Xiamen University and Fujian Wuyishan Institute of Biology achieve higher score in the quality of paper;the quantity and quality of the papers have a great correlation with the academic influence of institutions and the model can consider the quantity and quality of the papers comprehensively.
