| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]科研数据是科研成果的原料与基础,对科研数据进行管理能够促进科研成果的再利用,推动科学技术螺旋式发展。科研数据管理理论为科研数据管理服务工作提供方向及指导。深入解析科研数据管理理论与服务研究进展,为我国科研数据管理发展提供更为全面和客观的发展建议。方法/过程]文章利用文献调查及网络调研法对科研数据管理理论与科研数据管理服务的研究进展进行梳理,总结理论成果与服务特点。结果/结论]构建了服务需求是前提、服务平台是路径、服务内容是核心、服务模式是桥梁、服务效果是目标的科研数据管理服务体系框架。最后从理论基础、管理工具、服务体系等方面提出建议。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Research data is the raw material and foundation of scientific research achievement.Research data management can promote the reuse of scientific research results and promote the spiral development of science and technology.Research data management theory provides direction and guidance for scientific research data management services.Research data management theory provides direction and guidance for research data management services.We have made in-depth analysis the research progress of research data management theory and service,aiming to provide more comprehensive and objective development recommendations for the development of research data management in China.Method/process]This paper uses the literature survey and network research method to comb the research progress of research data management theory and research data management services,and summarizes the theoretical results and service characteristics.Result/conclusion]The framework of scientific research data management service system was constructed,in which the service demand is the premise,the service platform is the path,the service content is the core,the service mode is the bridge,and the service effect is the goal is constructed.Finally,suggestions are made from three aspects:theoretical basis,management tools,and service system. |
