男子跆拳道运动员下肢肌肉最大肌力肌电电压受PNF牵拉训练影响的研究

摘    要:选取国家跆拳道队19名男性一级运动员做为研究对象,分别以蹬功率车30 min和蹬功率车30min后做PNF牵拉训练两种不同的训练方案进行热身,训练结束后测试运动员下肢最大肌力、力量-时间曲线以及肌电图的相关指标并进行对比分析,以此探讨PNF牵拉训练对跆拳道运动员下肢肌肉力量、力量-时间曲线参数、最大肌力时肌电电压的影响。结果显示:PNF牵拉训练不能促进男子跆拳道运动员下肢最大肌力和力量-时间曲线参数的显著性下降,但股直肌的肌电电压有显著降低。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of PNF stretching on strength and EMG parameters in Taekwondo.Methods: 19 Taekwondo male players were recruited as participants,and they were tested after a jogging and a jogging plus PNF stretching protocol.Then the research measured and compared the indicators of lower lamb muscle strength,strength-time curve and EMG so as to explore the impact of PNF strength training on these indicators.The result indicated that PNF stretching did not alter the MVC and the isometric force-time curve characteristics significantly,but the EMG parameters of the quadriceps muscle decrease significantly.
