研究型教师刍议

摘    要:由经验型、技术型的教师成为研究型的教师不是一个短期的行为,不是一场运动,它需要一个发展的过程。教师转型不仅是新课程实施的需要,更是时代的要求、社会发展的要求,是创造性人才培养的必要条件,也是教师自身专业成长的必由之路。要达到以上诸方面的要求,研究型的教师必须是教育实践的自觉探索者,是教育行为的反思者,是教育理论的实验者与批评者,是教育活动的创造者。

Abstract:It is not a short—term behavior or movement that teachers as scholar or techno—men have become researchers. It needs a developing course. Teachers' developing is not only the need of actualizing new curriculum, but also the request of era and society, necessary condition of fostering creating talent and the only way of teachers' specialty developing. From visual angle of request. teachers as researchers should be conscious explorers during educational practice, the men of reflecting action of education,the men of experimenting and comment on theory of education, and the former of activities of education.
