| 摘 要： | 对河南大学成人教育的现状进行分析:发挥“校地”两级办学单位的积极性;以培训为切入点,强化社会服务职能;注重成人教育的科研工作。针对成人教育中存在的问题提出相应对策:稳步发展成人教育学历;强化各种非学历培训;开拓农村成人教育市场;继续加强成人教育科研工作。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the current situation of the adult education in Henan University,and proposes strategies as to the solution of the problems in the adult education,ie.,controlling the issuing of the adult education diploma,strengthening trainings without diploma conference,exploiting the adult education market in the rural areas and strengthening the scientific research of the adult education. |
