| 摘 要： | “三个代表”是当代中国新世纪发展的根本要求。“三个代表”既分别从物质明建设上、精神明建设上和政治上是当代中国在新世纪发展的根本要求：“三个代表”作为辩证统一的整体，在坚持全面落实的过程中，又统一于党的建设的各个方面，统一于党领导人民进行改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的全过程，必将指引我们在新世纪不断夺取建设有中国特色社会主义事业的新胜利。
