| 摘 要： | 分析了培养大学生创新意识和创新能力的必要性,提出了实施大学生科学研究与创业行动计划的策略,阐述了大学生科学研究与创业行动计划在创新型人才培养中的作用。实践表明,构建完善教学体系,加强创新平台建设;兴趣驱动自主实践,重在过程淡化结果;加强项目过程管理,保证项目研究质量,必能使大学生科学研究与创业行动计划在创新型人才培养中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Analysis of the need for training college student innovation consciousness and ability, it made the policy to implementation the college students in scientific research and entrepreneurship action plan. The role of college students in scientific research and entrepreneurship action plan in the cultivation of innovative talents was expatiated. The practice shows that to construction of teaching system, strengthening the construction of innovation platform, self-interest-driven practice focuses on the process of desalination results, to strengthen project process management, and ensure the quality of research projects, will enable the college students＇ scientific research and entrepreneurial action plans to play an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents. |
