| 摘 要： | 目前,我国房地产的泡沫问题争议已到白热化阶段,房地产是否存在泡沫?应如何进行判断?应从房地产投资增长速度、资金来源结构、负债率、空置率、房地产开发结构及房价收入比等方面进行判断,并进而提出我国房地产泡沫的货币对策。

| Abstract: | At present the contentious issue of the real estate bubble in China has been heatedly discussed.How to decide the existence of the real estate bubble? How to judge it? It can be judged from the growth of the investment in real estate,the sources of the funds,the liabilities rate,the housing vacancy rate,the structure of the real estate development and the housing price to income ratio.Furthermore the monetary countermeasures of the real estate bubble are advanced. |
