| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育作为一种在我国方兴未艾的新型教育类型，必须通过教育创新，不断开拓自己的发展道路，确立自己的应有地位。而树立正确的人才观，质量观，探索新型的办学模式，培养高素质的双师型教师队伍，积极实施素质教育等方面是当前高职院校需要格外高度重视的工作。
