| Abstract: | Employee's participation in corporate governance is the trend of economic democratic development. In China, carrying out employee's participation system has deep theoritical basis and realistic significance. This paper fully analyses the present situation of our country' s emplayee whon participate in corporate governance and puts forward some suggestions of improving employee's participation in corporate governance accordingly. |
